Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 28, 2025
1. General Policy
Rester Digital LLC provides customized digital and physical products. Because many items are made‑to‑order, refunds are limited as described below.
2. Digital Products & Services
Digital deliverables (design files, logos, DigiCards, spreadsheets, automations) are non‑refundable once delivered or deployed.
3. Domain Registrations
All domain registrations are final and non‑refundable once submitted (including misspellings, extension changes, or change of mind). Domains are registered through NameSilo.
4. Handcrafted & Custom Physical Items
- Handcrafted Variations: Many physical items are handcrafted or produced in small batches. Minor differences in placement, scale, alignment, or small surface imperfections are normal and not considered defects.
- Sublimation & Ink Variance: We may use sublimation. Color output can vary due to fabric content, press time/temperature/pressure, and ink systems. Variations between on-screen mockups and final prints are expected and are not defects.
- Direct-to-Film (DTF) Printing: Items produced with DTF transfers may have a slight hand/texture and a subtle edge sheen around the print. Color/opacity can vary by garment fiber and color. Light press marks are normal and typically wash out. These characteristics are expected and are not considered defects.
- Made-to-Order: Physical items are produced specifically for your order; as such, they are not eligible for refund for preference-based reasons (e.g., expected color difference from screen, minor placement variance).
- Defects/Errors: If your item arrives with a clear manufacturing defect or we produced the wrong size/design/color from what was ordered, contact support@resterdigital.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll repair, replace, or re-make the item as appropriate.
- Care: Follow care instructions provided. Damage from improper washing/drying/ironing is not eligible for refund or replacement.
5. Shipping
Shipping fees are non‑refundable except where the return is due to our error. Risk of loss passes to the carrier upon shipment.
6. Payment Plan Cancellations
For approved payment plans, the client is responsible for agreed‑upon installments unless otherwise negotiated in writing. Missed payments may pause or terminate services.
7. How to Request a Review
Email support@resterdigital.com within 7 days of delivery (physical items) or within 7 days of the transaction (digital items). We respond within 3 business days.
